App to search for and report criminals.
The name mInformant comes from two words, minute and informant. Reducing the time to search for and report whereabouts of a wanted fugitive to a minute.
The prototype had data from Riverside County in California. The bulk of wanted criminals were sex offenders.
As part of user testing the product was shown to Riverside Police, California Highway Patrol, and various local residents.
